The Suncorp Plaza building at 143 Turbot St in the Brisbane CBD is a 24-level structure facing the Brisbane Town Hall. The tower is constructed over a podium structure north of the tower running along Turbot Street, consisting of six floors of office, a structured carpark of 192 cars and active retail space on the ground floor.

The building received a distinctive architectural facade and a major service upgrade during 2007, including extensive augmentation of mechanical services and lifts, bringing the building to PCA Grade A standard. Additionally, all floors were progressively refitted and relet and all foyer areas and lobbies refurbished during this time.
